Filling 23 Membership Openings Today Only

As my readers know, I am a member of Wordpress Mage – a MASTER Mage, I might add.

WP Mage has been closed and not expected to open for new membership till who KNOWS when.

But I JUST got a private communication from Greg Jacobs announcing that WP Mage is open today to fill just 23 spots. And the link to grab one of those 23 spots is a private URL not open to the public, but instead going out to the people who've signed up to the notification list since the doors closed a couple months ago.

So, even though getting access to this 'private WP Mage signup link' is by invitation only…

I really don't expect those 23 spots to last long – with so many people wanting in, they'll probably all be gone before this day is out.

As a WP Mage Master member, I can share this 'private' WP Mage Signup Page with my readers.

The Wordpress Mage system is a what I am using to build a small empire of automated income streams without being tied to my computer for hours every day. I plan to retire in another year and WP Mage is going to help make that possible for me. It's working for me, and from all the members' in the Mage forum I see it working for Mage newbies and oldies alike. A newbie Mage member posted just this week that they hit their first $100 day. A Brand NEWBIE! You'll read more of this kind of stuff in the members' area.

Go check the Mage out right now – Don't wait, or it may be too late.

Wordpress Mage – OPEN New Year's Day

Wordpress Mage – Is It Worth the Investment, or Rediculously Overpriced?

I trialed Wordpress Mage and Here's MY opinion.

I've been developing, building, and installing websites for myself and for clients since 2002. I must have launched a few thousand websites to the net by now. About three years ago I quit building static html sites and went exclusively to the Wordpress platform for all my website development – Because from my experience it is the BEST PERFORMING system for getting ranked, staying ranked, and earning money.

I have systemized my 'system' to be as streamlined and failsafe as can be. It includes using two paid-for services that help with both the site building and installation, as well as the website promotion and off-page seo (FirePow and SE Nuke). Each of those services cost me $127 per month, for a total of $254 per month.

I've been using those services for nearly two years – obviously they've been worth it to me.

Enter Wordpress Mage. Being a Wordpress devotee, I was too curious NOT to sign up to the trial a couple weeks ago and give Mage a closer look firsthand. And what I saw showed me that with Mage, I could do EVERYTHING and more than my own 'sytemetized system' is capable of – In way LESS Time, and for FAR LESS MONEY.

With WP Mage – I cut my niche research, keyword research, content gathering, site building, site installation, seo and web promotion down to just a couple minutes and a couple clicks.

With WP Mage I can cancel those two memberships to services I USED to need because I don't need them with Mage because it's all in there. I can save myself $254 per month.

So… I PURCHASED my copy of WP Mage yesterday and became a Master Mage. I paid the one-time investment (using one of the coupon codes down below, for $300 off).

I figured what the heck… I get LIFETIME membership and use of the MAGE system. Whereas, for what I'd pay for Mage, I'd only get 4 months worth of those 'other' services. DING! Eye-opening numbers.

With Mage's complete system, I don't need those other services. So getting Mage was a PROFOUND no-brainer. For me, WP Mage is a super deal and extremely worthwhile investment in my business, and in my life. I'm going to save a lot of money on tools, grow my income faster, and get a LOT of my time back thanks to Mage.

Any of this make sense, or 'resonate' with you?

I have heard some people say that WP Mage is over-priced. I think these comments come from two lines of reasoning…

The first is that it is simply could be overpriced. A serious possibility in today's world of inflated marketing products.

Apple also suffers from similar critics, yet those who use Apple products see and understand the quality they are getting and wouldn't use anything else. Sometimes you pay for what you get. Or, you really do get what you pay for.

WP Mage is not some $100 outsourced script. It has taken an entire team of people well over a year to develop.

Every aspect has been refined and improved for the best possible results with the simplest user experience. I genuinely believe that in the case of WP Mage you are paying for what you get and getting what you pay for…

A quality product. And a quality product that encompasses a complete system that's near 100% automated for creating, populating, monetizing, and promoting websites that make money. A COMPLETE system that could allow you to cancel monthly memberships to other services that perform various necessary tasks, because WP Mage literally does it ALL.

So to the second line of reasoning…

Some people simply can not afford it (though, as in my case, I simply could not afford NOT to get it).

Anyway, due to many requests there's now a payment plan to make it easier for you to get Wordpress Mage.

Better still, I have managed to get discount vouchers for WP Mage for You to use – one coupon code works for the payment plan, the other discount coupon works with the one-time payment option. Both vouchers will give you an instant $300 discount. Use the discount code at the WP Mage links below.

Payment Plan: To get $100 off each of the 3 installments enter the coupon code 'MakeItEasy' on the order page.

==> Wordpress Mage

There's a very active Mage members' forum, so be sure to give a shout out to 'Oppgroup' (that's me) when you get there. I hope to see you on the inside.

Deborah

PS. They'll be pulling the signup page soon, but I am not sure the exact time.

Take my advice and be quick.

PPS. Here are the available coupon codes (both give $300 off the final sales page price):

Single Payment coupon code: LetMeIn
Payment Plan coupon code: MakeItEasy

Secure you copy now ==> Wordpress Mage

Update (8/2010) — Since I wrote this WP Mage review several months ago, WP Mage has closed its doors. Don't panic. Greg Jacobs does open up WP Mage for new customers every once in a while — he's opened Mage doors for one week three different times in the last 14 months. My advice to you is this: Sign up so you can get instant notification direct from Greg when he opens Mage again. And in the meantime, by signing up you get the INVALUABLE ($495) Mage Blueprint for free! With the Mage blueprint, you can plan and prepare, so when WP Mage doors open again you'll be ready to hit the ground running and be leaps ahead of the game. K?

WP Mage Signup

FYI, WP Mage continues to be the single BEST income boosting system I currently use. So good in fact that the Mage strategy is what I use on all my sites — Not only for building affiliate product blogs, but I even use it to build 'traffic generating' slave blogs to promote my own products. Cha Ching!!

Timing – The Key To Exploding Your Blog Traffic Is Timing Your Blog Posts.

Few days ago, I was writing a blog post promoting different kinds of music equipments! A week after that, that blog post received only 10 comments. But I have noticed that there are times when I write a new blog post and receive 76 comments instead of 10. It is the same message, the same music equipment, but how could there be such a big gap between the response rates of those two posts?

I quickly scoured through the net, trying to find an answer, until one day I stumbled across one term: "response rate". Have you ever heard about this term? To put it simply, response rate is the likelihood of your readers performing the type of action you want them to do.

My study solidifies my opinion that the timing difference has a great impact on the response rate of my blog post. Actually it is not a new concept in the marketing world. Marketers and entrepreneurs have learned since a long time ago that the ads they put on Monday will get different response from Saturday.

Let's discuss the different timing elements that you can use to maximize your blog's response rates:

Timing Element No 1 – Avoid Public Holidays

Publishing content on public holidays…I would say that is just crazy! With modern life already being too hectic, public holiday is like an oasis in the middle of a desert. Everybody wants to go out, play with their friends or loved ones and that means nobody will read your post. So avoid publishing content on public holidays! Instead, use those days to prepare yourself with hectic tasks that you would be having once the holiday over.

Timing Element No 2 – Wednesday Is Better Than Monday

Scientific research has proven that putting ads on Monday is a useless effort. People are usually very busy on a Sunday, with a lot of meetings, tasks and negotiations to do. This is the reason why advertising rate is much lower on Sunday.

The same principle also applies to your blog. On the same token, Wednesday is the best day of the week for publishing content on your blog, because you will usually get the highest response rate on this day. The reason behind this is that people have much more free time on Wednesday compared to Sunday but compared to the weekends, they are still in a working mode on Wednesday.

Timing Element No 3 – Avoid Bombarding Your Readers

There is an old adage that "less is better". That can be applied to blog as well. I remember subscribing to one blog which was about soccer. At the beginning it was fun, but soon the blog drove me crazy with a new update almost every 2 hours!

Remember that your readers have a life outside the realm of internet, so don't drive them crazy by bombarding them with too many posts at a time. Generally speaking, just two posts per week are enough.

What You Should Know About Running Multiple Blogs

At some point in your blogging career, there will come a time when you will have to choose between running multiple blogs and a single blog. This decision is however, not an easy one to take. There are advantages and disadvantages for both sides. Let's discuss it first from the point of view of advantages.

Advantages of Running Multiple Blogs:

1. Leverage Your Income

If you're like me, you rely mainly on blogs for your primary source of income! As such, the more blogs you are able to create, the fatter would be your paycheck! Let's put an example: if one blog earns you $200 per month, running 10 blogs will earn you over $2000 per month! Can you imagine how much you could earn if you had 100 blogs?

2. Better Influence

A blog represents your online presence. For some people it is not the monetary gains which motivate them to write blogs; rather, it is the kind of exposure, the influence they would have is what makes them interested.

Take the case of one of my friends; he doesn't care if his blog earns him any revenue or not, he just enjoys writing about ozone issues. If you are like him, you might find that the more blogs you have, the bigger would be your influence!

3. Multiple Source of Income

There is an old adage that goes like: "never put all your eggs in one basket". This rings true for blogs as well. By having multiple blogs you will feel safe and won't gave to worry if anything bad happens with one of your blogs, since you have other sources of income!

Now that we have discussed 3 popular advantages of running multiple blogs, let's discuss the disadvantages as well.

Disadvantages of Running Multiple Blogs:

1. Limited Time

If you are working 8 hours a day just like me, you might find it difficult to write posts for 100 blogs regularly. The maintenance issue should become your primary consideration here. Yes, there are softwares which can help you by automating this part, but to some degree you will still hold the main responsibility for the content of your blogs.

2. Getting Burnt Out

Unless you are a very talented writer, writing for multiple subjects can make you run out of fresh ideas very quickly. In this case you might want to write only on one or two topics that you know very well, rather than writing on 100 different subjects you know nothing about!

3. Quality Issue

Running multiple blogs means dividing your attention among multiple projects. This can result in the decrease in quality of your blog's content. You might want to focus on writing 1 or 2 articles rather than scribbling 100 posts. After all it is the quality of your blog's content which matters at the end of the day!

Why Video Blogging Cannot Defeat The Text Blog

In recent times, the development of World Wide Web has been so fast that it seems as if we have entered the new era of the so called web 2.0 in the blink of an eye. Promoted widely as the new breed, web 2.0 has quickly gained popularity with several inventions such as video blogging and podcast, just to mention two of those inventions.

In spite of its seemingly growing popularity, the question remains whether a video blog is more popular than a text blog, I find this issue quite intriguing; in fact, not just I, even several popular newsgroups and forums have been discussing it for several months.

Personally, I don't think video blogging will ever defeat text-based blog. In this article I will give you 3 reasons why I think so. Reading this article would open your eyes to some new and exciting business opportunities you may not be aware of!

Reason No 1 – We Have Only So Much Time

With video blogs you need to spend at least 5 to 15 minutes on each view. Well, I don't know about you but for me who works 8 hours a day, I can't afford to spend 15 minutes to watch videos about which I know nothing! The story might be different if your job is to review such videos on net but for me, the lack of ability to skim through the main content of the video blog is the primary issue that should be taken care of first.

Reason No 2 – It Is A Matter of Personal Preference

Depending on the subject, video blogging may have a great advantage. For example, videos are great for music or tutorial type blogs. Some people have a better ability to learn by watching than reading, and to tell you the truth, I am the type who can absorb things more quickly while watching.

For music blogs of course podcast becomes the primary medium for delivering content. It is a lot more interesting to hear the music rather than reading the lyrics; however for most of the subjects other than music or tutorials, video blog is simply a waste of your valuable time.

Reason No 3 – The Cost of Producing High Quality Video is Still High

I remembered watching a self-made video about a DJ a week ago! It was done by some teenagers from Los Angeles, and to put it bluntly, this video is simply the worst I have ever seen! Creating high quality videos with good sound control effects and lighting, not to mention presenting popular shows, is still considered to be under the budget of most of people.

I remember reading advertising on one forum offering custom video creation services at the cost of $60 per video.

Without all of those issues being handled properly, it is unlikely that video blogs will ever dominate text-based blogs.

Simple Ways To Generate Ideas for Your Content Blog

Whatever be the topic of your blog, the fact remains that it is the continuous content which keeps your blog alive and interesting. I remember reading this blog which had a lot of great ideas about business! But when I visited that blog after two weeks, I was surprised to find out that there was no new post! No wonder that the blog soon lost its readers!

Just as in business, it is your continuous promotions which keep generating profits for your business, in the same way, you need to post content on a regular basis in order to promote your blog. Read on, because in this article I will share few methods you can use to generate useful content ideas for your blog.

1. Online Forum – Your Secret Weapon

You probably have no idea of how many new ideas I get every day from reading a simple post at an online forum – sometimes you will get funny ideas from a professor of a local college, and on another day you will get serious ideas about politics from high school students.

The point is that online forums can be the source of new ideas, which in turn can be used to generate daily content for your blog! You can search for forums related to your topic of interest through Google. Just put your keywords followed with forum. For example: "trance music forum".

2. Get Ideas From Other Blogs

No wait, I don't advise you to steal content word by word without permission from its author. What I mean is that you can look for general ideas and inspirations in these blogs and then write your post in your own words. You can find a lot of blogs on similar topics by going to Technorati.com; just in case you don't know, it is considered to be the biggest search engine for blog!

3. Ezine Directory – Hundreds of New Ideas Every Day

Ezine, commonly called electronic magazine, provides a great way to find several ideas for blog content. As a matter of fact, with thousands of ezines being published every day there is simply no excuse for not getting busy writing for your blog. Once again, you can find out these ezines by going to Google.com and typing in "ezine directory"!

4. Web 2.0 – A New Breed from The Old Technology

The development of World Wide Web technology has been extremely rapid! These days, there is what is popularly called Web 2.0, or to put it simply, user generated content, where ordinary people like you and me can publish their ideas, content, video, music and even more with a single click.

There are some great sites like Digg.com where you will get a floodgate of fresh ideas on various topics almost every minute!

5. Conclusion

Now that you know about four cool methods of getting unlimited ideas for your blog content, start writing your first post right away!

7 Hard-Core Ways To Skyrocket Your Blog Traffic

Why do you want more traffic? Simple, because more traffic means more readers and prospects for you, which in turn equals to more money! There many different ways in which you can increase traffic to your blog. Some would work wonders for you, some would work temporarily, and others would simply waste your time.

After a long period of trial and error, I was able to find out 7 proven ways you can use to increase traffic to your blog! And you know what, even better, these 7 methods have been working for me for several years.

1. Spread Your Word

The thing about your blog is that no one will ever visit it unless they know you first. At the first stage you will want to promote your blog by spreading the word about it as far and wide as possible for you. I have found that one of the best ways to do this is by writing a series of articles and submitting them to article directories.

2. Be Lavish In Sharing Your Knowledge

Don't be too stingy on the amount of content you want to share. Every person has a knack on at least one subject which he knows best. Share it, and help your readers. You might not get paid at the beginning but in the long run you will be paid off many times over!

3. Be An Active Contributor On Other' Blogs

Give first and you will be given in return. Don't forget to participate in the discussions of other blogs which are on the same topic as yours, and share your knowledge there. Remember that the real value of knowledge is in its sharing with others, not in having it locked within a suitcase! Whether you post ideas, comments, or articles on others' blogs, people will soon find out about you and they will be more than willing to visit your blog.

4. It IS The Disagreement That Gives Life To Your Blog

So many bloggers I know try to limit, censor or even delete all the negative comments from their blogs. Yes, some of the comments your blog will receive might be contrary opinions and some others will support you, but the point is that it is those kinds of activities that make people come back to your blog over and over again!

5. Let People Know What to Expect From Your Blog

Let people know what kind of content you will write, as well as the regular time on which you will publish your content, so that they know when to check your blog during the week.

6. Be A Giver Of Links

If you find interesting blog posts related to your topic, link to them from your blog. Don't be afraid of losing traffic to your competitors! Far from leaving your blog, people will respect you for giving value to them. At the time, other blog owners will find out your blog and reciprocate your kind gesture by linking to it!

7. Be The First To Know

If you can create some sort of buzz, then it would be easy for you to skyrocket your blog traffic! The buzz can be about anything, such as breaking news, contrarian view with popular opinion, or a free gift which no other blog has written about! If you do this you will quickly become an icon among your readers!

Writing Blog Posts that Suck Readers In

Just few years ago I met one of my friends who told me that he had so many ideas about nightclub business that he wants to put on his blog, but whenever he tries to write something on his blog, his hands seem to become paralyzed for some unknown reason.

Do you have a similar problem? You see, most people have several great ideas inside their minds which can bring fortune worth millions of dollars out of nothing! But unless you share those ideas with others in a coherent manner, your readers won't stay on your blog for long!

The problem with most people is that they don't know how to turn their abstract ideas into concrete pieces of writing! They don't know how simple it is; all you need is just a little bit of knowledge and practice. If you are looking for a way to improve your writing skill then read this article. Who knows, it could prove to be the most important article you have ever read this year!

Don't Think Too Much and Just Write

The first thing you need to do is to start the process of writing itself! Don't think too much about perfect grammar, spelling or any of those kinds of technical things. It is your IDEA that you want to convey to your reader, rather than your knowledge about linguistics or your writing expertise.

In fact, if you have ever read some of those top selling books, there are a lot of errors in grammar and spelling. But that's what makes your readers like you; you are not writing for technical paper or medical science journal; instead, you are writing for your best friend and average Joe and Betty.

Have a Catchy Title

I once read in a marketing magazine that you get no more than 10 seconds to captivate your reader's interest and attention! This means that, if you couldn't catch their attention within 10 seconds, they would move on to another blog. Therefore, it is essential to have a catchy title for your blog post that would attract their interest.

Learn from real life examples by looking at some of the best seller books on amazon.com. Try to mimic how the author writes the title! Once you become good at creating catchy titles, you can develop your own writing style.

Pay special attention to the following words and try to include as many of them as you can in your title: how to, tips, secret, money, sex, power, etc.

Keep Practicing

Learning the art of writing effective and captivating blog posts is no different than learning how to ride a bicycle. As with any new skill that you learn, you need to keep practicing it over and over again in order to master it!

I remember my first bicycle lesson; I was so lousy that I would get several scars every day. Eventually, after several months of training and a lot of mistakes, I've gotten very good at it. The same holds true for writing! Keep practicing it and eventually you too will become an expert at it!

Increase Backlinks - 5 Sure-Fire Tips For Getting Strong Backlinks To Your Blog

Have a blog? What is the purpose of your blog? Making money, sharing ideas, online diary? Whatever the purpose of you

5 Sure-Fire Strategies to Get Strong Backlinks To Your Blog

Have a blog? What is the purpose of your blog? Making money, sharing ideas, online diary? Whatever the purpose of your blog is, you need readers, right, or else what is the point in writing all of those blog posts?

Few months ago, I stumbled across one very good blog, full of great ideas and resources. For my own interest, I decided to check the traffic rank of the blog at Alexa.com. To my surprise, the blog was unknown even to Alexa.com! What was wrong? Then, I tried to check the backlinks on Google; no single link was received by the blog. That reminded me of the importance of link building.

No matter how great your blog is, nobody will read it if no one finds you. And to make people find you, you need links, it is that simple. Let's take a look at the 5 easy ways you can increase you backlinks:

Tip No 1 – Build Your Presence on Forums

I like this method. It is quick and easy. Basically, all you need to do is answer people's questions on forums related to your expertise and put some signatures referring to your blog at the end of the post.

Tip No 2 – Write Article

It has been said that content is the king. Write as much content as you can, and spread it across various article directories, or even better, give the article for free to your local newsletter or electronic magazine. You might not get paid first, but the authority figure you would become would pay you off eventually many times.

Tip No 3 – Get Links from Directories

Getting links from directories is easy and fast. Some of the best directories out there are free. But if you have some budgets, it is advisable to pay for several high rank directories. In that way, the big search engines will acknowledge your blog's presence and your blog will start to show up on various search engine results.

Tip No 4 – Build Friendship with Fellow Bloggers

Build friendship with fellow bloggers who have the same expertise as you. Remember that two are better than one. You can find blogs with related topics through Google or Technorati! Chances are that there are thousands of blogs that have the same subjects, which in turn means thousands of potential backlinks for you!

Tip No 5 – Use Viral Marketing

Last but not the least; use viral marketing. What does it mean? Create something unique! Giveaway a lot of free stuff that your readers would find helpful! When people like your blog they are more than willing to tell their friends, families and co-workers about you and your blog.
